Know before you arrive
- Thermostat is Ecobee. Tap the touchscreen, then use the up or down arrows to set the temperature.
- Trash goes in the on-site community compactor (not the bear-proof bins). Drive up Black Bear Trail, turn right onto Houser Rd, the compactor is on your right. - No in-cabin gas grill. The private charcoal park grill on site is yours to use - just bring your own charcoal and lighter.
- Community pool access in season (Memorial Day through Labor Day, roughly).
