Our direct cancellation policy is on each cabin's booking page. We strongly recommend travel insurance for trips you can't afford to lose - when you book direct, we can also work with you on flexibility that platforms don't allow.
The direct booking engine takes major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through a secure payment processor. Same security standards as the platforms.
